Notable work highlights

  • IP – Winning an appeal for a trade mark client seeking to overturn opposition proceedings  which threatened to stop its business and require them to rebrand.  By identifying key areas of the original judgment which were flawed legally with regard to the interpretation of ‘similarity’ and customer perception, the client was ultimately successful with its appeal.
  • IT –  re-drafting, negotiating and concluding a client’s international PaaS contracts with its customers which included global finance houses, banks and famous brand owners.
