Megan is a paralegal in our Commercial/Tech and IP team with a strong background in supporting legal and operational teams within complex international environments. She joined the firm after working in-house for a global manufacturing business, where she gained valuable experience navigating the commercial, contractual, and compliance challenges that arise in a fast-paced and highly regulated sector.
During her time in industry she worked closely with senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain and operations. This gave her practical insight into how legal frameworks must support business priorities, alongside a clear understanding of the commercial pressures that influence day-to-day decision making. Her in-house role involved reviewing and preparing a wide range of commercial agreements, supporting negotiations, and assisting with risk management processes across multiple jurisdictions.
She also brings hands-on experience of data implementation projects, including work on data mapping, process design, and stakeholder engagement within large organisational programmes. Her background includes advising internal teams on data governance requirements and helping to embed practical compliance measures into operational workflows.
Her interest in technology and innovation extends to IT and IP matters. She has supported projects involving software and technology procurement, licensing, and systems integration, as well as assisting with the management and protection of intellectual property portfolios within a manufacturing context.
Megan now supports the team with drafting, research, contract reviews, and day-to-day matter management. Her combination of in-house perspective and sector-specific experience provides valuable commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
