Personal Injury lawyer recognised as a Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)

Emily Thompson

Emily Thompson, Solicitor in the Personal Injury team at Trethowans, has been recognised by The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as a Litigator. Litigator status is a personal accreditation awarded by APIL to its members.

For more than 30 years APIL has been fighting for the rights of injured people. APIL aims to develop and promote expertise in personal injury law, for the benefit of those who have been injured.
As mentioned in a previous article, which can be accessed here, APIL is a non-profit organisation and APIL’s member lawyers are dedicated to protecting and enhancing access to justice, improving the services provided for victims of personal injury, and campaigning to change the law wherever appropriate.

Emily joins her colleagues, Gavin Lane, John Hall and James Braund who are all recognised as Senior Litigators, in receiving an APIL accreditation.
