Heidi is a Senior Associate in the Family team, advising clients on all aspects of family law. Her expertise includes separation, divorce and dissolution, financial settlements, children matters, cohabitation agreements and disputes, and pre and post nuptial agreements.
Heidi is known for providing robust, practical advice and tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs and circumstances of each client. A member of Resolution, Heidi is a strong advocate of a non-confrontational approach, helping clients resolve matters constructively wherever possible.

Notable work highlights
- Representing grandparents in obtaining a special guardianship order where the children’s mother had sadly passed away and the children’s father was unable to provide for the children’s care.
- Representing a father in Children Act proceedings where the mother had taken the children to Italy. Heidi was able to secure an order for the return of the children and for the children to reside with their father.
- Representing husbands and wives in contested financial remedy proceedings and securing favourable settlements/orders.
