Charlotte is an Associate Solicitor in the Restructuring & Insolvency Team, based in the Southampton office. She advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters for insolvency practitioners, directors, companies, and individuals. Charlottes experience includes corporate and personal insolvency, advising on risks associated with entering the zone of insolvency, restructuring strategies, and insolvency litigation.
