  • Persuading a corporate energy supply network to release a client from a £170,000 liability for out of contract energy charges.
  • Persuading a major clearing bank to abandon its claims against an insolvent company’s director under a Personal Guarantee on the grounds of fraud and undue influence.
  • Settling an insurance contract dispute relating to clawback commissions incurred by an agent valued at £120,000.
  • Striking out a £750,000 dispute relating to the entry of CIFAS markers on a claimant’s credit file.
  • Successfully bringing a claim under the Defective Premises Act to mediation for settlement.
  • Successfully bringing a claim under a Design and Build Contract to mediation on behalf of the developer valued at £270,000.
  • Settling a Part 8 Claim for an Order for Sale of residential property. Successfully making an application to the Court to enforce the terms of the Settlement with an Order for the respondent to pay 100% of the client’s costs.
