Claire is a solicitor in our commercial litigation team, specialising in property related disputes.

Claire works with commercial landlords, tenants and homeowners, advising and representing on a range of property-related issues. Her approach to each case is bespoke, practical and proportionate, with an emphasis on achieving a satisfactory resolution as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Claire recognises that every situation is different, some requiring a heavier hand than others, and adapts her approach to each case accordingly.

Notable work highlights

Acting for a landlord against his household name commercial tenant who served an invalid break notice. Upon successfully arguing the invalidity, Claire managed to secure a large settlement for her client.
