Andrew is a Solicitor in the Private Client team and is based in the Salisbury office. Andrew joined Trethowans in 2023 having worked at a firm in Andover since qualifying in 2018.
Andrew has experience with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as dealing with the administration of many estates, both those where the deceased left a Will or died Intestate. He has acted on behalf of Personal Representatives up to obtaining the Grant of Probate only and arranging the collection and distribution of assets and winding up of the estate.
Notable work highlights
• Administration of intestacies (estates where there is no Will).
• Successfully admitted a copy of a lost homemade Will to probate.
• Receiving instructions from terminally ill clients and arranging for the Will to be prepared and signed on the same day.
