Rebeka is an Associate in the Private Client team based in our Southampton office. She qualified as a Solicitor in November 2020, before relocating and joining Trethowans in January 2023.
She regularly advise clients on the preparation of both their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She strongly believes that a person’s wishes about their affairs should be respected, and will do her best to put measures in place to allow this, so far as is possible.
Rebeka also has a great deal of experience advising executors and administrators on the administration of their loved one’s estate, striving to take the pressure and worry away from them at such a difficult time. She can advise on any aspect of the administration, including obtaining the Grant of Probate or Representation, or assist with the entire process.
